Inclusion Criteria

1. Abdominal obesity: Waist circumference
>102 cms for males
>88 cms for females
2. Serum triglyceride > 150 mg %
3. Serum HDL <50 mg %
4. Blood pressure > 140/90 mm Hg
5. Fasting blood sugar > 110 mg %
