MALARIA

  • Cinnamon is good natural remedy for malaria. Take a tsp of coarsely powdered cinnamon and boil it in glassful of water with pinch of pepper powder and honey. This will not only help in curing malaria but will also boost up your immunity system.
  • Cinnamon, start by boiling 1 cup of water. Once the water gets boiled, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the liquid. Allow it to boil in the water for two minutes before removing from heat and placing into a glass. You can add 1 tablespoon of honey to add flavor and drink two times per day.
  • Cinnamon and Clove powder 2-3 teaspoon and mix in a glass of water. Boil till half of mixture, allow it to cool it, add a little amount of black pepper or honey to it. Patient can take 2-3 times a day.
  • Fenugreek seeds to your diet. These seeds have capacity to increase the immunity power and to fight against the parasites. This is one of the simple home remedies for malaria.
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tsp. in a cup of water, take this mixture during initial stage of fever.
  • Lime and lemon are also time tested and trusted home remedy for malaria. Take 3 gm of lime dissolved in about 60 ml of water and the juice of 1 lemon adding into it. This water is to be taken the moment one starts feeling feverish.
  • Alum is powerful anti-malarial drug in Ayurveda. It should be roasted over a hot plate and then powdered. ½ tsp of this is to be taken when one feels feverish. This is one of the useful home remedies for malaria.
  • Basil is the best drug as antibacterial and disinfectant. This is property of killing parasites and other microorganisms. For this, you can chew raw leaves of holy basil or can go for the decoction made out of it. There are many companies that produce basil pills or capsules as an alternative to raw basil.
  • Orange juice, for the initial stage of malaria, be on the orange juice and water diet. This will enhance the body’s immunity system and so will help in reducing the malarial attack. This is one of the popular home remedies for malaria.
  • Chirayita (an Indian herb) carries valuable importance in treating malaria. Take 250 ml of water and add 15 gm of the herb with some cloves or cinnamon. Take this solution in the dosage of 15-30 ml once in a day at least for 15-25 days. This gives relief in malarial fever. This is one of the excellent home remedies for malaria.
  • Apple - Eating apples helps in a speedy recovery from the fever. The paroxysm of malarial fever can be checked by eating all apple before it begins.
  • Butter Milk - It provides relief from malaria with paroxysm on every fourth day.
  • Common Salt - Heat 5 teaspoon of common salt on a hot plate till it turns brown. Mix a teaspoon of it in a glass of hot water and drink it daily before the fever comes. Do not take it during the malarial fever.
  • Alum - Alum is also useful in malaria. It should be roasted over a hot plate and powdered. Half a teaspoon should be taken about four hours before the expected attack and half a teaspoon every two hours after it. This will give relief.
  • Alum - Take a small amount of alum and then roast it over a hot plate. Now powder it. Half a teaspoon of this powder should be taken about four hours before the expected attack and half a teaspoon every two hours after it. This may help you in giving relief.
  • Juice of Basil Leaves and Black Pepper - Mix 1g of grounded black pepper in 10 gms of basil juice and this mixture should be given to the patient in intervals of two hours for 5 - 6 days. In addition give the patient basil tea. The fever along with the malarial symptoms will be totally relieved in a couple of days.
  • Neem - Grind 60 gms. of neem leaves along with 4 corns of black pepper, mix it with 125 ml. of water, strain and drink it. It will cure malarial fever. It is a dependable recipe.
  • Mild Sweating - Mild Sweating also helps to digest the toxins. Lie on a bed covered with a blanket, for 15 to 20 minutes. Drinking a hot liquid also helps.

Tips and Diet for Malaria
  • You have malaria is in the starting stages, you can take  orange juice and water diet can help treat it.
  • Do not take junk food, packed food as well as spicy and oily food. It would work to your harm.
  • Stop allows water to stagnate anywhere. It would be allow Anopheles mosquito to extend. Water bodies should be sprayed with mosquito repellant sprays.
